🛒 ORDERING & PROCESS
How does the ordering process work?
Upload your design, pick horizontal or vertical, crop it to fit, set your quantity, then submit with your Order ID. Your files go straight to our production team.
Where do I find my Order ID Number?
It's the order or PO number from wherever you bought — our website, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop. It links your artwork to your paid order, so please copy it exactly.
Can I order several different designs?
Yes. Add each design to your list with its own quantity, then submit once. Got a lot of them? Submit what you have, refresh the page, and keep uploading with the same Order ID Number — we'll match everything on our end.
What happens after I submit my order?
Your files are saved to our production folder automatically and you'll get a confirmation email with your Order ID and mockup. Your order then moves to In Production.
Can I change my design after submitting?
Message us as soon as possible with your Order ID. If your pad hasn't gone to print yet we can usually swap the file — once printed, we can't undo it.
🎨 PRINTING & QUALITY
Will my entire design be printed?
Yes — printing runs right to the edges. Because pads are trimmed after printing, keep logos and text at least 0.15" inside the dashed guide so nothing important sits in the trim zone.
Do you edit or colour-correct my artwork?
No. Your design is printed exactly as submitted, with no colour corrections or retouching. That's why the preview matters — check your crop before you approve.
Will the colours look exactly like the preview?
The preview is very accurate but slight variations can happen due to screen calibration. Designs with strong contrast give the most consistent results.
🖼️ DESIGN & FILES
What size are the mousepads?
One size, two orientations: 8.95" × 7.35" horizontal, or 7.35" × 8.95" vertical. Pick your orientation in step 2 and the mockup resizes instantly.
How high-resolution does my image need to be?
Aim for 150 DPI or above — the badge turns green and your print will be sharp. Between 80 and 149 DPI still works well for photos and graphics, but avoid small text. Below 80 DPI it looks soft, so zoom out or upload a larger file.
What file formats can I upload?
PNG or JPG. Higher resolution always prints better. If you only have a PDF or design file, export it as a high-quality PNG first.
Can I reposition or resize my design?
Yes. Drag your artwork anywhere on the mockup to reposition it, and use the zoom slider to scale it. Hit Reset Fit any time to start the crop again.
What does the dashed guide on the preview mean?
That's your safe area. Everything outside it may be lost when the pad is trimmed, so keep text and logos inside the line.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all provinces across the Philippines. Produced in our Cavite facility and dispatched from our Manila warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cash on pickup at our Cavite/Manila locations.
