Absolutely. You can combine Thermos Flask, Frosted Tumbler, and Flip-Top Tumbler designs in a single order. Just select the appropriate canvas for each saved design.

You'll receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation from JC Canvas with your order reference number, total amount, and payment instructions. Once payment is confirmed, production starts. You'll be updated when your order is ready for shipping.

Changes can only be made before you click "Approve Final Designs." Once approved, designs go directly to production. If you need an urgent change, contact us via Viber immediately — we'll do our best if production hasn't started yet.

We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG files. For best results, use a PNG with a transparent background. High-resolution files (300dpi or higher) produce the sharpest UV 3D output. Avoid low-resolution screenshots or blurry images.

We offer three fixed print sizes: Design/Logo (2.5" × 2") for logo-only designs, Logo + Name (2.5" × 3") for logo with personalized name, and Full Vertical (2.5" × 5") for full tumbler body coverage. Sizes are fixed to ensure consistent UV 3D output across all orders.

Currently, we offer 5 premium cursive fonts: Great Vibes, Allura, Pinyon Script, Dancing Script, and Pacifico. If you need a specific font not listed, contact us before placing your order and we'll check if it can be accommodated.

Yes! You can pick from our preset colors or use the custom color picker to select any hex color you want. Keep in mind that very light colors (near white) may not be visible on white tumblers — we recommend using the preview to check contrast before saving.

Print Preview shows the exact artwork that will be exported — the design at its true 300dpi dimensions on a white background, with a dashed border showing the print boundary. This is exactly what gets sent to the UV 3D printer. What you see is what gets printed.

Yes. In the live preview, you can drag text or logos to reposition them, drag the corner handles to resize, and use the rotate handle (●) on logos to rotate. Scroll over a logo to scale it. Press Delete or Backspace to remove the last selected element.

UV 3D (Direct to Film) is a high-quality sticker printing method that produces vibrant, durable transfers. The design is printed onto a special film and then transferred directly onto the tumbler surface. The result is a raised, textured, waterproof print that won't peel, fade, or scratch under normal use.

UV 3D prints are highly durable and waterproof. They resist scratching, fading, and everyday wear. However, we recommend hand washing. Prolonged soaking, dishwasher use, or heavy abrasion can reduce the lifespan of the print over time.

Colors will be very close to what you see on screen, but slight variations can occur due to monitor calibration differences and the nature of UV printing. Very light or pastel colors may appear slightly different. If color accuracy is critical (e.g., exact brand colors), please send us your logo file and we'll advise before printing.

All exported files are generated at 300 DPI — the industry standard for print-quality output. The gang sheet is exported as a 22" × 10" PNG at 300dpi (6600 × 3000px) with a transparent background, ready to send directly to your UV supplier.

Production takes 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery via courier takes an additional 3–5 business days for most areas in the Philippines. Rush orders may be available — contact us to check availability.

Yes, we ship to all areas in the Philippines via standard couriers (J&T, LBC, Shopee Express). Free shipping is available for orders over 100pcs. Remote areas may incur additional fees.

Yes! Local pickup is available at our production facility. This is free of charge and typically faster. Please coordinate the pickup schedule with us via Viber after placing your order.

We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and cash on pickup. Full payment is required before production begins. For large orders (50+ pieces), we may offer a 50% downpayment arrangement — ask us via Viber.
