🛒 ORDERING & PROCESS
How does the ordering process work?
Choose your print zone, upload your design, preview it live on the shirt, then approve and submit. We'll confirm production within 24 hours.
What is the minimum order quantity?
No minimum! You can order as few as 1 piece. Bulk discounts apply for 50+ pieces.
Can I order different names on the same design?
Yes! Use the Name or Text field to add individual names. For bulk orders, place multiple orders using the same PO number and we'll combine them.
What happens after I click "Confirm & Place Order"?
Your design files are automatically saved to our production folder. We'll reach out via SMS or email within 24 hours to confirm and give you a production timeline.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes can only be made before production starts. Contact us immediately via Viber or email if you need to modify your order.
🎨 PRINTING & QUALITY
What is Premium Vibrant Print?
Premium Vibrant Print is our high-quality transfer method that produces rich, vibrant colors that won't peel, crack, or fade after washing.
How durable is the print?
DTF prints are wash-resistant and long-lasting. We recommend cold water washing and turning the shirt inside out for best results.
Will the colors look exactly like the preview?
The preview is very accurate but slight color variations may occur due to screen calibration. We recommend uploading designs with high contrast for best results.
🎨 DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION
What file formats can I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG. For best results, upload a transparent PNG at 300 DPI or higher.
What are the print size options?
Front A4 (8.27×11.69"), Back A4 (8.27×11.69"), Logo Front (3×3"), and combination bundles. All sizes are visible in the studio with a live print zone overlay.
Can I add text to my design?
Yes! Use the Name or Text field to add custom text. Choose from 6 font styles, pick your color, and drag/resize the text element anywhere on the shirt.
Can I reposition or resize my design?
Absolutely. After uploading, use the 8 handles to resize and the green rotation handle to rotate. Drag anywhere inside the box to reposition.
What does the "Front + Back" option mean?
It's a bundle — you design the front and back separately in the same order at a combined price of ₱340. Save the front zone first, then the studio automatically flips to the back.
🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping via courier takes 2–5 days depending on your location.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all provinces across the Philippines. Free shipping for orders over 100 pieces.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cash on pickup at our Cavite/Manila locations.
